Tacoma, Tundra, FJ Clutch Accumulator Delete Disk (ADD/ADM):
$55.00

ClutchAccumulator Delete Disk (ADD) [Accumulator Delete Mod (ADM)] for Tacoma (2nd and 3rd Gen), Tundra (4.0L), and FJ
-This device improves clutch feel and engagement by disabling the accumulator in the clutch hydraulic system. The clutch will work exactly as equipped from the factory but will have smoother, more consistent, engagement when releasing the clutch pedal especially when changing gears.
This is a direct drop in and requires no modification to the vehicle or accumulator body. This is undetectable without removing the accumulator from the vehicle.
-To install start by removing the accumulator from the vehicle.-Separate the accumulator from the bracket and discard the silver disk and round wire.-Ensure the o-ring is in place and seated in the groove on the accumulator body, put the Accumulator Delete Disk in the accumulator body.- - Place the ADD with the cup and point inward towards the accumulator body. The center point should face and line up with the center hole in the accumulator. The flat side should face out and rest against the bracket (see picture).-Bolt everything back together, bleed the clutch, and be on your way.-Install should be less than one hour.*I recommend switching to a Low Viscosity brake fluid, especially if you live in colder climates. I recommend Pentosin 1224116 Dot-4 LV or any other Dot-4+ or Super Dot-4 that carries the ISO 4925 Class 6 spec. These are fully compatible with the clutch system and are less thick in colder temperatures.Designed for MANUAL TRANSMISSIONTacoma's, Tundra's, and FJ's this works if your truck uses the3149060151 or3149035100 accumulator- This will not fit an automatic transmission.
These are machined manually on a vintage (1940's) lathe and may vary slightly from the picture.
[Brass disk is the only item included in this sale, accumulator and factory plate shown for reference]No warranty on device or vehicle, seller not responsiblefor any damages or repairs to vehicle.
Free shipping to US only, not available for international sales (yet!).
