Installation instructions, manuals, wiring diagrams are OUT of item purchase scope, as your workshop is responsible for these activities.
Handling times
We have excellent storage capabilities and have many items in stock, however some items may be not in stock for immediate shipment.
Our handling time is 1-3 business days for stock items. Items not in our local stock we'll be ready to ship within 2 weeks after order.
We have a right to cancel purchase (and issue full refund) if part is out of our stock and not in production by part manufacturer.
EU countries are excluded from the shipping list, as we have to charge 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) if the item is sold to Europe.

Shipping carriers
National post (registered post) service:
- Default shipping service for up to 100 USD value shipments.
- Tracking provided, but some countries (Australia, New Zealand etc) do not offer tracking services for such shipments on their territories.
- Registered mail post tracking is available via track-trace.com website.
- Average delivery time 2-4 weeks from shipment date.
Expedited shipping services (Fedex, TNT, DHL, UPS):
- Default shipping service for above 100 USD value shipments and optional for up to 100 USD value shipments.
- Tracking provided (check status on carrier website) and it works for all countries.
- Average delivery time 1-2 weeks from shipment date.
We always add tracking information for our sales to purchase record when item is shipped.
Import and customs taxes
We declare full value of sale: item price + shipping cost.
We are not responsible for any Import Customs duties limitations or taxes.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check and decide it before buying the item.
If buyer does not clear Customs promptly and package is reversed - we will refund item price only excluding shipping and reverse shipping costs.
We accept returns within 14 days after the delivery date.

Return conditions:
- Item should not be used/installed.
- Item should be returned in original packaging with original tags.
- Return shipping tracking number has to be provided.
- Buyer pays return shipping.
- Customs fees or taxes paid by buyer are not refundable.
Refund (by the same method as the payment was made) will be given within 2 business days after return delivery date as:
Items that cannot be returned:
- Any item more than 14 days after delivery.
- Items advertised as broken/for spares/repairs.
- Any personalized items (pre-programmed with your car's VIN or specific orders).
We also reserve the rights not to accept a return ,if:
- There are signs of product being used.
- There are signs of product being refund (item price+original shipping):
- For items that are defective (used items only)
- Sent by our mistake (we did the Compatibility verification of the item based on your car's VIN number)
- We have sent you wrong item than purchased.
Partial refund (refund item price, shipping costs not refundable):
- You changed your mind.
- Bought the item by mistake.
- It's incompatible with your car (we haven't done item Compatibility verification of the item based on your car's VIN).
- Shipping cost not refunded
- Buyer pays return shipping.
