Return Policies
At WAURIA, we always want you to be pleased with every purchase you make with us. We accept returns for exchange, replacement, refund and store credit. Please read below for details on how to return your purchase.
1. Exchanges
If you decide you would like to exchange the product (different from the description, etc.) please contact us within 30 days for a return authorization number. After 30 days, all sales are final.
2. Returns
If you decide you do not want the product you receive, you have 30 days to contact us for a return authorization number. After 30 days, all sales are final.
3. Damaged Shipment
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will file a claim on your behalf with Express delivery. Once the claim has been approved by Express delivery, we will ship out a replacement item, or issue a full refund. Please do not file a claim with Express delivery, as this will only delay the claims approval process. And you had better leave several angles of photo shoots of the package.
4. Incorrect Item Received
We want to be a longtime seller with a 100% approval rating, WAURIA gets it right. We strive to complete every transaction 100% correctly. However, errors do occur. If you have received an item that you did not purchase, please contact us immediately to help us resolve the problem. There are a few options available when this situation occurs, so please contact us, and we will issue a full refund and/or get the correct product to you as soon as possible.
