GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
Stricker Auto Parts offers a 180 Day Guarantee on this item. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
All International sales are SOLD AS IS WITH NO RETURNS OR WARRANTIES. Sale price is due within 5 business days of close of sale. Items will not ship until payment is received. Orders paid by eCheck payments must clear before items are shipped. Customers that pick up items from our facility may pay online or at our facility before pick up. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
Defective or Damaged Parts Must be returned to Stricker Auto Parts at our discretion before any Replacement or Refund is given. Parts may not be returned after 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Original shipping charge refunds are at the sole discretion of Stricker Auto Parts. If free shipping is offered on the listing, the original charged amount from the carrier may be subtracted from the amount refunded. The Buyer is Responsible for ALL shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to Stricker Auto Parts.
TURBOCHARGERS AND SUPERCHARGERS ARE NOT COVERED BY ENGINE WARRANTY
To return an item you must contact us via Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

LTL freight items cannot be delivered to APO, FPO or PO Boxes.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age. B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage. No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.

Damage Codes. Most exterior/body parts will have an ARA standard damage code in the description.
A 3 character damage code will appear in the "Conditions & Options" field in the Item Specifics section.
