PARTS CONDITION

Unless otherwise noted in the condition & options all parts will be shipped just like it would come new from a dealership. 

We sell part that are used so it may have scratches and minor dings from normal wear that will not be noted, any major damage will be noted under condition & options . We use a Hollander grading scale that you may see below to better understand the condition of your part. 

PARTS GRADING SCALE

 A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

We do not guarantee color match on any body parts. You are buying a used body part that may need to be repainted. Your vehicle's color may vary from the parts we sell even though the paint code is the same.

 A Grade - Highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.

B Grade

- Second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. C Grade - Third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage. NO Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.

( Example if "5D2" was under condition options   5=(LOCATION) "D=(DAMAGE) "2" =HRS  REPAIR )

  1) Location - (0-9)  show location where damage is

  2) Hours of Repair - (0-9) shows hours of damage to repair

  3) Letters represent type of damage it is

All parts come with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated.  No labor warranty is provided. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please verify you have the correct address & phone number listed before purchasing any parts. We are not liable if parts are lost in shipping due to incorrect info given.

We pull parts & ship out generally same day or next day depending on the time of day you place your order. Shipping average 3 to 4 business day delivery not including weekends.  That means if you buy your part on Friday then Monday would be next day of week as we do NOT work on weekends.

Pick up at our facilities is available. Upon checkout just select local pickup and we will call you when part is pulled ready for pickup. 

CONTACT POLICY

We can only contact you via email during normal business hours 8AM - 5PM Monday through Friday. We dont work weekends so any emails coming in over the weekend will not be responded to until Monday. 

RETURN POLICY

If an item arrives damaged, please tell shipping company to mark that it was damaged before he leaves and contact us asap. We may have a replacement part and can ship it out immediately. Due to high demand, short supply or human error, occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you other options.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. We must recieve the part back at our store to issue the refund. 

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was damaged during shipment or we shipped the wrong part. If you ordered by mistake or changed your mind simply ship the part back and we will give you a refund less the shipping. If the item was sold with "free shipping" then you would only be responsible for the return shipment.
