For use in strengthening open deck block sleeves for higher cylinder pressure aka more power. Why epoxy you ask? Well, throughout the years of experimenting I have found that other products (devcon concrete/grout) will erode away over time causing an opening to the back of the sleeve/cooling passage and cracking of the sleeve will occur.
Epoxy will not deteriorate with antifreeze coolants (old school Green style only). When it comes to installing, i recommend doing epoxy very last. ican't guarantee the machining oil or the high heat jet washing effects on the epoxy.
