Part purchased from All Star Auto Parts and proof of purchase required to redeem warranty. Refund will not be issued until returned part is in possession of All Star Auto Parts. Original markings from All Star Auto Parts must be present on part to receive refund.
To claim a warranty on any engine proof must be provided of the following:
All fluids have been drained and replaced
The oil filter has been replaced
The valve cover gaskets have been replaced
The oil pan gasket and rear seal have been replaced
Timing gears, chains or belts and related gaskets have been inspected and replaced if needed
The thermostat has been replaced
The cooling System has been flushed and refilled with antifreeze
New Spark plugs have been installed
New belts and hoses have been replaced
To redeem a warranty on any transmission proof must be provided of the following:
Replace Front and Axle Seals
Install new transmission filter
Flush and inspect transmission cooling lines
Add fluid levels to manufacturer specifications
Properly align the torque converter
Adjust throttle position sensor cable
1 YEAR, 12,000 MILE WARRANTY on re-manufactured transmissions.
In order to claim a warranty on an A/C Compressor you must present a receipt for a new dryer and orifice tube if applicable.
Warranty does not cover the following: Parts that been tampered with or damaged in any way. Gaskets and seals. Overheating, lack of oil, physical damage, abuse and improper maintenance.
Cylinder heads are guaranteed to be free of cracks and warping. Camshafts and valve trains are not guaranteed.
ECU's, and ECM's have no guarantee on the programming. On many vehicles, the ECM or ECU will need to be programmed before you install it.
Body parts are purchased in an as is condition. We do not guarantee paint jobs. Buyer discretion is recommended with such parts.
If you receive a body part, or glass piece that you believe is not in the shape that you ordered it in, you have 24 hours upon receipt of your item to contact us, and provide us with photographs of the part that show the damage and the marking that we apply to the part. After that has been done, we will contact you with further instructions.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our discretion.
To return an item you must contact us via Message within the 60 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
