The part was removed from a 2011 Honda Fit. This ignition switch comes with 2 remote aftermarket keys. The remote has 2 buttons.
Honda Fit is equipped with an immobilizer system. The keys have a chip inside of them. The chip key must match the engine computer in order to start the car. In order to solve this issue you can have the key programmed by a local locksmith. You can ask them to program the chip to match the one in your old key.
