Engines are oversize heavy items andtherefore must be shipped via freight carriers. Our engines come strapped and securedto a pallet for sale transportation. Your delivery address must be a commercial(business) address with either a loading dock or access to a forklift. If a liftgate or any other form of unloading assistance is needed, please make sure tocontact us before purchasing. Residential shipping is also available with anadditional fee. Please contact us for exact shipping quotes to residential addresses.If incorrect information is provided, additional charges will be incurred duringdelivery and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact usfirst with your exact shipping details. Local pickup is available and recommendedfor residents in Southern California. Buyer can also arrange their own shippingif they wish, however a $75 pallet handling fee will be assessed. We offer freelocal delivery and free core pickup within 100 miles of our 91352 zip code.
HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK ?
Our engine will come with an unlimitedmiles standard3 month’s warranty. All engines will come with a written3 month’swarranty. See our full warranty on our website. Core return is needed tovalidate warranty. Please see our warranty policy for full details. Warranty doesnot cover collateral damage. ***IMPORTANT*** Please inspect and clean yourintake manifold prior to installation and first start up. UN-cleaned intakemanifolds will allow debris to make its way inside the engine and will beharmful to the engine. Small particles can scratch metal parts that are matingand seating with each other resulting in low compression or other harmful effectsnot covered by the warranty. Please clean all your parts! It’s very important.
HOW DOES CORE RETURN WORK ?
The fully refundable core deposit is inaddition to the buy it now or accepted offer price. Buyers will pay core chargein addition to the purchase and shipping price. Once you have received yourengine and are completely satisfied with the purchase, you have 30 days fromthe date of delivery to return your core. When you are returning your core,please make sure you have drained ALL the fluids and secured the engine to thepallet we shipped your engine on. Once you have the core ready for shipment,the buyer is responsible for 50% of the return shipping costs and we pay theother 50%. (Example, if you paid 280 for shipping, return core shipping willcost 160). Once your core is received, we will break down and inspect your coreengine within 10 business days. We will refund you for your core based on thecondition of the engine. We look for heavy internal and external damage to yourcore to determine if it is rebuildable or not. If your engine is foundnon - rebuild able, we will grant a partial refund if the engine is foundpartially rebuild able.
