The 2017 Porsche Cayenne Platinum Edition comes with more stuff

Porsche just announced to be making a new packaged version of the Cayenne called the Platinum Edition. But it doesn’t come with any thing made of platinum…so, what do you get instead?

For starters, the Cayenne gets some new kicks, 20-inch RS Spyder wheels to be exact, gloss black accenting and some extra standard features like Porsche’s Dynamic Light System and Power Steering Plus package. So basically, these are just fancy terms for their active headlights and variable assist power steering.

The inside gets improved appointments like Alcantara for the seats and and interior trim bits, some special “Platinum Edition” badging, which is totally needed, and an upgraded Bose sound system with Porsche’s Communication Management system as standard.

Basically, it’s just another additional package arrangement for the Cayenne, making and already nice crossover SUV, even nicer. It can be had with all of the Cayenne’s powertrain configurations.
