Video: Aston Martin teases its new Vulcan race car…and just listen to it

Aston Martin is gearing up to join the McLaren P1 GTR and the Ferrari FXX K to battle it out in the track-only hypercar wars with their own version, named the Vulcan.

Set to debut in Geneva in March 3, the new Aston Martin Vulcan is only destined for the track, which is visible with its obviously-not-road-legal giant wing on the back.

Not much else is known, but production should be kept at 30 units total, for the one-percent and should most likely echo similar programs with the McLaren and Ferrari, where Aston holds onto and ships the vehicle while allowing the owners to drive them at specific racing events.

Check out the teaser after the jump.
