Report: A new Lotus Evora with a facelift is due at Geneva

Lotus is trying to get their act together to become a more successful, and more mainstream automaker as the automotive sales climate continues to get tougher and tougher.

To keep its current models fresh, which are beginning to show their age to the slightest, Lotus announced to AutoCar to say that a new facelifted Evora should surface at the next auto show in Geneva.

Lotus’ CEO, Jean-Marc Gales, shared some detail regarding the company’s future product lineup, and this includes an updated and eventually, a new Evora. Other plans include a new Lotus-branded sedan and crossover, to help boost annual sales in the near-future.

The small British company, which has ties to Malaysia’s Proton, will also emphasize their philosophy of light weight and more power.
