Volvo introduces a new XC60 Ocean Race Edition in Miami
The Miami Auto Show happened recently and there, Volvo introduced a new XC60 Ocean Race Edition, which celebrates…the races of the ocean…or something.
It comes themed like a Swedish-taylored yacht, including an Ocean Blue II metallic paint and unique 18-inch wheels. The same sort of theme occurs inside with black or “blonde” leather upholstery and orange contrast stitching to, you know, match your life safety jackets in case of man overboard.
Volvo Ocean Race is even etched into the kick plates, along with special floor mats and lots of Volvo Ocean Race badging.
It can be had in front-wheel drive form only with a turbocharged and supercharged 2.0L four-cylinder T6 Drive-E engine good for 302hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. The all-wheel drive version still gets the familiar 3.0L turbocharged T6 inline-six good for 300hp and 325 lb-ft of twist.
Sales will commence shortly with prices starting at $42.100.
