Report: The Dodge Viper to restart production in November

Chrysler and the Dodge Viper have been struggling. It’s so bad in fact, that production has been stopped numerous times just because nobody’s buying any.

That said, it’s quite obvious something is wrong and so to make things a little better, Chrysler dropped the price of the Viper to just $84,995, at $15,000 price drop when compared to the original models. What’s even better about that is Chrysler issued a $15,000 coupon for the first 1,000 owners who purchased their viper in 2013.

But now, word is the Viper’s production could be picking back up in November, possible due to the increase in demand after the price dropped. Even sales numbers were boosted by a whopping 38 units to 108 total through September from August. And thus far, Dodge has received around 200 orders for the 2015 model.
