Report: New Volvo S80 due within two or three years
AutoCar reports that a new Volvo S80 is due within the next two to three years following the debut of the XC90 later this year.
According to the report, the model, which will head into its third generation, is expected to utilize styling from the recent Concept Coupe and Concept Estate. Expect it to ride on Volvo’s latest Scalable Product Architecture, or SPA, similarly to the new XC90.

Other specifics are obviously still unknown. But power is also expected to be provided by a range of fuel-efficient four-cylinder engines, built to new specification of the Swedish automaker’s Volvo Environmental Architecture, or VEA.
