Report: Audi to offer a lineup of high-performance EVs
Word via Reuters is that Audi is going to be launching an entire new lineup dedicated to high-performance electric vehicles, which is expected to launch next year.
The car expected to launch the new line is the highly-anticipated R8 e-tron sporting a range that’s estimated to hover around the 279 mile or 450 km mark. “Internal sources” also said that we should expect a couple of high-performance EV sedans and crossovers with electric powertrains.
No details were spared, but some speculate that it could also involve an EV version of the incoming Q8 crossover.
