Recall: RAM 1500 may roll over you, but only if you’re near a rare one
Applied to only 159 copies of RAM’s entry level full size light truck, the recall concerns improper machining of the transfer box, which, if it fails will prevent the park pawl from engaging? What does this mean? You may become compressed if you lie in the way of a RAM 1500 parked on a hill. Though RAM knows of this issue, interestingly, they will roll out their recall, so to speak, in May.

Between now and then, be sure to keep women, children, the elderly, men, puppies, kittens and your favorite pot of Marmite out parking lots. Should you be concerned about your RAM’s proclivity to mate with cars parked downhill of it, feel free to contact Chrysler at 1-800-853-1043 and ask about recall P13.
