Volvo officially priced the new 2014 V60 Sportswagon at $35,300 for the North American market, which is due to go on sale sometime this month. The latest 2014 V60 takes on the roll as the Swedish automaker’s only road-going estate, following in the footsteps of the recently departed V70 wagon. From the V70 design, the all-terrain-focused XC70 is all that remains.
The 2014 Volvo V60 Sportswagon gets three powertrains: a 2.0L T5 Drive-E four-cylinder with 240hp and 258 lb-ft of torque, a 2.5L five-cylinder good for 250hp and 266 lb-ft of torque, and a top-spec 3.0L T6 from the S60 R-Design, sporting 325hp and 354 lb-ft of torque.
The Drive-E variant gets an all-new eight-speed automatic while the T5 and T6 models get a six-speed automatic.
