MotorTrend names the 2014 Cadillac CTS the latest North American Car of the Year

MotorTrend magazine roudly announced their 2014 MotorTrend Car of the Year award, which was handed off to the all-new 2014 Cadillac CTS sedan.

MotorTrend cited the CTS’s ability to check all of the boxes of expectations when it comes to considering a midsize luxury sports sedan. The last generation didn’t quite cut the mustard and was only commended for its bold new design. But ever since the first generation CTS, Cadillac began showing some strong signs of coming back to life as a strong competitor in the luxury segment.
