Video: Learn about Jaguar’s Project 7 with Ian Callum

Jaguar recent released a video showcasing some of the highlights from the Project 7 developmental sports car, which was showcased at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Jaguar’s Design Director, Ian Callum, also gave his input on the car, saying the Project 7 is Jaguar “in its purest, purest form.”

Project 7 is based on the F-Type V8 S, which gets a 5.0L supercharged AJ-V8, good for 550hp and 502 lb-ft of torque. Power is channeled through a ZF-sourced eight-speed Quickshift transmission, good for a 0-62 time of just 4.2 seconds for a top sprint of 186 mph.
