Video: Jay Leno takes new 2014 Lexus IS for a spin
Just days ago, Lexus confirmed that the next-generation IS sedan will make its debut at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show next month. Lexus said that the new IS will be heavily inspired by the LF-CC concept with some design cues from the LFA supercar.

Well, before the covers come off in Detroit, Lexus decided to give auto enthusiast and Hollywood superstar Jay Leno a chance to take a prototype IS for a spin.
During the video, we learn some tidbits about the new Lexus IS including that it will have an 8-speed transmission, handles very German and produces north of 300-hp. We also get our first look at the interior of the new IS.
