AutoBlog reports that Ferrari has confirmed that its Enzo successor, the F70, won’t be making an appearance at next year’s North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

The reasons for this decision weren’t definite, however AutoBlog said that it had to do with Ferrari’s marketing strategies. The F70 may get its own launch that’s separate from any major auto show in order to maximize publicity, or to prevent from detracting any publicity from the up and coming Maserati Quattroporte.
However, that seems rather confusing because whenever Ferrari introduces its routinely end-all-be-all supercar, it’s always a big deal anyway…it’s Ferrari.
