Kia has released the first pictures of its Carnes minivan ahead of its 2012 Paris Motor Show debut on Sept. 27. The all-new 2013 Kia Carnes is basically a replacement to the Rondo that was on sale in the United States until 2010.
“The new Carens builds on the family-friendly versatility and functionality of its predecessor, and features more athletic and visually dynamic design,” said Hyoung-Keun Lee, Vice Chairman and CEO of Kia. “This marks a dramatic shift forward for our MPV contender and brings the model in line with Kia’s distinctive current design direction.”
Kia has not yet said in what markets new Carnes will be available besides that it will be on sale in Europe starting next spring.
