Pricing for the 2013 SRT Viper will start at $97,395 (excluding $1,995 destination) and $120,395 (excluding $1,995 destination) for the 2013 Viper GTS. The SRT Viper GTS builds on the SRT Viper model with more tech including two-mode active suspension.
Both models carry a mid-front 8.4 liter V10 engine pumping out 640-hp and 600 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a Tremec TR6060 6-speed manual transmission with a shorter throw shifter, closer gear ratios and a final drive ratio that has been shortened to 3.55 from 3.07.
Production of the 2013 SRT Viper will take place at Chrysler’s Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit starting November 2012. Dealer orders are expected to begin in mid-November 2012.
