Carroll Shelby’s 2009 Mustang GT500 KR hitting the auction block

Vicari Auto Auction is now responsible for the sale of one of the late Carroll Shelby’s personal automobiles.

This particular model is a 2009 GT500KR, coated in black paint with a satin-black stripe. It has under 1,600 miles on the odometer, and boasts 540-hp. Vicari is anticipating a sizeable return for the model which guaranteed to become more valuable over time.

The 2009 GT500KR was one of the last Shelby acquired, and goes up for auction at the Missisippi Coast Coliseum from October 12th -13th at the Biloxi Auction.
