Video: Fiat harms some 500s in making of ‘Immigrants’ commercial

If you’ve seen Fiat’s new funny and interesting ad spot called ‘Immigrants’ on TV and started wondering if the company actually dropped 500s into the sea while filming it… the answer is yes.

Along with the commercial, which is starting to gather some buzz, Fiat has released some images of the 500s on set. Fiat says a total of six models were submerged under water. A Fiat 500 Giallo Sport was dropped by a crane from more than 70 feet.
