Paparazzo charged with chasing down Justin Bieber in his Fisker Karma

An opportunity of snapping a picture of teen-sensation Justin Bieber is every paparazzi’s dream – now it’s about to bite one paparazzo in the arse. According to L.A. city attorney’s office, freelance photographer Paul Raef will be charged with criminal charges, marking the first case filed under California’s harsher anti-paparazzi law.

All Raef wanted was a nice picture of Bieber in his shiny chromed-out Karma – instead he will be facing up to one year in county jail and fines totaling $3,500.
