Shelby adds new colors and options 2013 GT350

Shelby has announced that it is making some slight changes with its new 2013 Shelby GT350 offering, but has noted that last year’s price tags will remain.

While only 350 units will be produced for 2013, Shelby will be offering a broader range of color options, including, for the first time, any Mustang color. These include Sterling Gray Metallic, Candy Red Tint Coat Metallic, Grabber Blue, Gotta Have It Greed, Deep Impact Blue Metallic, Performance White and Blac, Ingot Silver Metallic and Race Red.

New details and accessories have been added as well, such as Gloss White and Satin Black stripes, a glass roof, custom rear valance and Recaro seats. Wheels can be selected in either Bright Silver Metallic or Satin Black. Other mods are available such as an upgraded braking system, a one-piece driveshaft, cooling enhancement and a color-coordinated billet-aluminum engine cap set.

Power for the models, available in both convertible and coupe, remain unchanged from the 2012 version, and are again the 5.0-liter V8 version that puts out 525-hp or the supercharged variants that put out 624-hp. A new cold-air package has been created for the naturally aspirated version that makes 450 hp, also.

Pricing for the model stays at $26,995 for the naturally aspirated V8, going up to $33,995 for the supercharged variant.
