Arrinera Supercar gets 650-hp, 0 to 62 mph in 3.2 seconds, price tag of over $160,000
Arrinera Automotive has released pricing and technical specifications for their new supercar, which will enter production later this year.
The car, which is designed by Lee Noble, a famous British car designer, who also sits on the board and has shares in Arrinera Automotive S.A. Noble is responsible for technical aspects related to the supercar as well as for the design and production of the rolling chassis.
So what is it powered by? A supercharger 6.2 liter V8 unit that produces 650-hp with a maximum torque of 605 lb-ft. Mated to a Graziano-sourced transmission, the 2,866 pound supercar goes from 0 to 62 mph in 3.2 seconds, 0 to 124 mph in 8.9 seconds and a top speed of 211 mph. Arrinera says its supercar can run a quarter mile in just 11 seconds.
Prices for the Arrinera supercar will start at 100,000 ($161,890 USD).
