2013 Ford Focus ST price starts at $23,700
If you’re ding the happy-dance after reading that title – you definitely should be. According to a leaked dealer document, pricing for the 2013 Ford Focus ST will indeed start at $23,700 ($24,495 when you add $795 destination) – that undercuts the $23,995 Volkswagen GTI by $295 and the $24,000 MazdaSpeed3 by $300.

Adding a moonroof to your Focus ST will cost $895, navigation will run you $795 and the Tangerine Scream tri-coat paint (shown here) will run you $495.

Power for the 2012 Focus ST 5-door hatch will come from FoMoCo’s 2.0 liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder turbo making 247 horsepower with a peak torque of 265 lb-ft. Mated to a 6-speed manual transmission, the Focus ST runs from 0 to 62 mph in 6.5 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph.
