TruckersReport breaks down the real cost of trucking
An enlightening infographic has been put together by Easy Lift Equipment to provide an eye-opening depiction of the high costs of operations in the trucking industry.
The most expensive factors highlighted in the infographic are fuel, driver’s salaries and loan costs for the trucks. This also helps explain why only 8% of the trucks on the road are independently owned and operated, as buying a cab and a trailer will run you, on average, about $150,000 alone.
