Video: 2013 Scion FR-S gets its first dyno test
Scion says that the 2012 FR-S rear-wheel-drive sports coupe is powered by a 2.0 liter naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder horizontally opposed engine that makes 200-hp at 7,000 rpm with a maximum torque of 151 lb-ft at 6,600 rpm.

But what happens when you throw it on the dyno and look for some at-the-wheel power? The guys over at Edmunds decided to figure that out and returned 173 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and 143 pound-feet of torque at 2,500 rpm.
Not bad.

Sales of the 2013 Scion FR-S will start in the spring of 2012. Pircing will start at $$24,930.
