Nissan has just announced pricing on the 2012 Nissan Rogue, which should be rolling into dealerships shortly. Prices start at $21,530 for the Rogue S CVT FWD and go all the way up to $29,120 for the Rogue SV CVT with SL Package AWD.

For the 2012 model year, the Nissan Rogue gets a new Special Edition Package designed to provide the budget-conscious buyer with a range of convenience and technology features. The package starts $1,200 and adds 16-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, AM/FM/CD audio system with 4.3-inch color display and USB connectivity, XM Satellite Radio and RearView Monitor.

Other upgrades for the 2012 model year include the addition of the Around View Monitor to the SL Package at no extra cost, addition of a new ‘Sport Mode’ switch on all models, new 17-inch (SV) and 16-inch (Special Edition) aluminum-alloy wheels, and one new exterior color: Graphite Blue.

The 2012 Rogue continues to be offered in two trims, S and SV, along with three option packages – Special Edition, Premium Package and SL Package. All 2012 Nissan Rogue models are powered by a 170-hp 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine mated to a Xtronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). The Rogue also offers six standard air bags and 28 mpg fuel economy.
