2012 New York: Would you buy the Volkswagen Passat AllTrack if it came to the states?

At the 2012 New York Auto Show today, Volkswagen held the North American debut of the AllTrack Concept. The German automaker was quick to say that it currently has no plans to bring the model here but if it gathers enough positive reaction at the New York Show from the American consumer – things could change.

The Volkswagen Passat AllTrack offers those that want the utility and off-loading capability of an SUV without the size of an SUV.

Power for the Volkswagen Alltrack Concept comes from a 2.0 liter turbo TDI Clean Diesel engine making 140-hp and 236 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a 4Motion all-wheel-drive system.

So let’s have a little poll – would you consider buying the Volkswagen AllTrack if it came to the U.S.? Cast your vote below.
