2013 Toyota Venza unveiled, gets a nice facelift, new standard features, new colors
The 2013 Toyota Venza has made its web debut before showing its new redesign to the public at the 2012 New York Auto Show tomorrow.
The 2013 Toyota Venza’s sloping crossover shape has been modified with a new upper and lower grille along with new rear tail lamps. It’s also fitted with new 19-inch wheels and gets three new exterior colors including Attitude Black, Cypress Pearl, and Cosmic Gray Mica. On the inside, the Venza gets some upgraded styling with new standard features and the Entune infotainment as an option.
The 2013 Toyota Venza is available in LE, XLE and Limited grades. The LE and XLE models are available with all powertrain combinations: 4-cylinder, V6, front-wheel drive (FWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD); the Venza Limited is powered by the V6 engine only and is available in front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive configurations.
The Venza’s 2.7-liter 4-cylinder engine makes 181 horsepower at 5,800 rpm and 182 lb-ft of torque at 4,200 rpm. EPA rated fuel-economy comes in at 21/27 mpg (city/highway) for the FWD model and 20/25 mpg for the AWD. The 3.5-liter V6 produces 268 horsepower at 6,200 rpm and 246 lb-ft of torque at 4,700 rpm. The V6 FWD model has EPA-rated fuel-economy of 19/26 mpg for the FWD and 18/25 mpg for the AWD.
