From what we know so far about Fisker’s Project Nina, the company plans on introducing three new plug-in hybrids based on the platform by 2014. The first model will be a mid-sizes luxury sedan that will enter production at the end of 2012. We’re pretty sure a coupe and SUV will also be a part of the project.

In Sept. 2011, Fisker signed a deal with BMW to supply it with anywhere up to 100,000 4-cylinder, turbocharged gasoline engines and other arts per year through 2013. It is understood that Fisker will be using those engines and parts in Project Nina vehicles.
