Lamborghini Aventador J gets brand a lot of unneeded exposure after Geneva debut

The Lamborghini Aventador J that made its debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show earlier this month has become known to be the superstar surprise of the show. The Italian supercar maker said in a statement that the Aventador J was met with worldwide acclaim and made quite a bit of noise online.

Lamborghini says the Aventador J racked up:

  • More than 21.5 million organic Google searches
  • The most popular show-week YouTube sports car video; “Aventador J – The Making Of” currently has more than 280,000 views (category “Auto and Vehicles”)
  • “Best of Show” Winner – Autoweek magazine
  • A new daily traffic record at www.lamborghini.com
  • More than 6,800 tweets with a worldwide exposure of more than 40 million impressions
