Jeep to launch ‘production-intent’ concepts in Geneva next month

At this year’s Geneva Motor Show, Jeep will be releasing a Grand Cherokee “production-intent sports concept” that features an eye-catching exterior, a new Jeep Compass “production-intent concept” and a Jeep Wrangler Mountain special-edition with new styling as well.

The Grand Cherokee model gets a unique set of black 20-inch wheels in a gloss finish, black exterior detailing including the exhaust tips, and Mulitjet II technology for the engine, which boosts output from 190 hp to 241 hp. Inside the Cherokee concept is a set of ventilated Nappa leather and suede seats, carbon fiber accents, a heated steering wheel, and racing style pedals.

As for the Jeep Wrangler Mountain, this model gets power from a 2.8-liter turbo diesel motor that puts out 200hp, with the option for a manual transmission, and a 3.6-liter V6 petrol available with 84hp extra. On the outside, a black decal is featured on the hood, along with grey accents, including the 17-inch wheels. Inside, Slate Grey stitching accents, a Uconnect infotainment system, and leather wrapped steering wheel are included.

Last is the Jeep Compass production-intent concept, which features an all black exterior, leather seats and new bright sill covers on the inside, and 18-inch aluminum wheels to ride on.
