2012 Mazda MX-5 Miata special-editions coming to 2012 Chicago Auto Show

A Special Edition 2012 Mazda MX-5, based on the Grand Touring edition, is set to be released by Mazda North American Operations at this year’s Chicago Auto Show.

One of the outstanding visual features of the model is that it comes with a Power Retractable Hard Top coated in black paint, regardless of body color. This is a first for paint schemes in the U.S. Two new body-paint colors are also being released for the limited-edition, along with a set of gunmetal alloy wheels sized at 17-inches, black accents on the exterior and interior, and black heated leather seats.
