Each year Polk issues its Automotive Loyalty Awards to automakers who keep buyers coming back. The awards are the only fact-based issued for customer retention, using registration data, lease transactions, and more than 4.5 million personal records from households.
Ford earned several of the top spots in the many categories awards are issued in, some of which include overall loyalty to manufacturer, overall loyalty to make, and African American market loyalty.
While Ford has many repeat wins in its categories, there are some first time winners on the list, such as Jeep for the most improved loyalty to make, and the Porsche 911 for luxury sports car. Hit the jump for the full list.
