2011 Tokyo: 2012 Mitsubishi Mirage will be sold globally
The 2012 Mitsubishi Mirage subcompact is making its public debut today at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show and will be going on sale in Thailand this March. Following that the new subcompact from Mitsubishi will be sold globally in emerging and developing market – and we’re guessing that means the United States as well.
The 2012 Mirage is a 5-door hatchback that the company says can ‘easily’ accommodate 5 adults – we’re guessing 5 short adults.

Power comes from either a 1.0 liter or 1.20 liter gasoline engine with a bunch of fuel-saving technologies including start/stop technology and regenerative breaking.
