2011 LA: Cadillac Ciel Concept is one of this year’s many showstoppers

Cadillac’s latest concept first debuted at this past year’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and was immediately a showstopper.

Now that the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show has popped around, the Ciel did the same exact thing by making its full North American auto show debut.

Power comes from a 3.6L V6 engine with twin turbochargers (DOHC, continuously variable valve timing and direct injection). The engine is good for 425-hp and a peak torque of 430 lb-ft and is mated to a hybrid transmission with low-speed all-electric drive.

It was recently reported that the Ciel Concept may inspire a new sedan from Caddy.
