Video: Fifth Gear pins Audi RS5 against Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe
Oh what a beautiful way to kick of Tuesday morning for an enthusiast. We have just come across UK Fifth Gear’s comparison of the new Audi RS5 against the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe.

- Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe: The 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe is powered by a 6.3L V8 engine making 451-hp with a maximum torque of 443 lb-ft. Mated standard to an AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sports transmission, the 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe goes from 0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph. The AMG Development Package allows the 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe to produce 481-hp. That allows it to improve 0 to 60 mph acceleration to 4.3 seconds with a top speed increased to 174 mph.
- Audi RS5: Power for the Audi RS5 comes from a 4.2 liter V8 making 450-hp at 8,250 rpm with a maximum torque of 317 lb-ft between 4,000 and 6,000 rpm. Mated to a dual-clutch transmission and quattro all-wheel-drive, the 2012 Audi RS5 sprints from 0 to 62 mph in 4.6 seconds with a top speed of 174 mph.
