Gotta Hublot I call it Tebow: Watchmaker and Ferrari ink long-term partnership
If you don’t get our title then you’re probably not a fan of hip-hop artist J.Cole. Either way, watchmaker Hublot and Ferrari have inked a deal making the watchmaker the official watch and timekeeper of the Italian supercar brand.
The announcement was made over the weekend in Florentine by Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo and Jean-Claude Biver, CEO of Hublot S.A. This is the third time since its founding that Ferrari will enter a long term relationship with a watchmaker.
The freshly inked 5-year partnership kicks off this January but the CEO of both companies say that prototypes are already underway.

Both CEOs admitted that the idea for the partnership wasn’t theirs and that Montezemolo’s friend at Fiat, Lapo Elkann, came up with the plan. Elkann is currently the manager of brand promotion at Fiat and has also held positions at Ferrari and Maserati.
