2012 Kia Rio B-Spec Race Version 5-door to debut at SEMA

At the 2011 SEMA Show, Kia will show a B-Spec race version of the 2012 Kia Rio 5-door. With the help of their racing partner Kinetic Motorsports, the Kia Rio B-Spec Race Version will get all the necessary features of racing including a cage, safety equipment and am upgraded suspension.

Refresher: Power for the 2012 Kia Rio 5-Door hatchback comes from a 1.6 liter GDI 4-cylinder engine making 138-hp. Mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic, the 2012 Kia Rio manages to return an EPA-rated fuel-economy of 30/40 mpg (city/highway).
