Now that you’re all pretty familiar with Eterniti Motors, a new British luxury brand that unveiled its first concept at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show earlier this week, we have some more details about the company for you.
Eterniti admits that while it is basing its business case around meeting market needs, its people have a strong know-how for cars. The company’s engineering team actually has experience in retailing some of the most prestigious British and European luxury and high-performance car brands, including Aston Martin, Porsche, Bentley and Ferrari, in markets from the UK to Asia-Pacific. It has further experience in motorsport as well.
The engineering team of Eterniti motors is headed by Alastair Macqueen, who was responsible for the development of the Jaguar XJ220 supercar to production and has won the Le Mans 24-Hour race three times, with both Jaguar and Bentley. The new British luxury brand has its own F1 driver, Johnny Herbert, like Macqueen victorious at Le Mans but in addition a winner of three Grands Prix during a ten-year Formula 1 career, including one for the British Stewart team.

At Frankfurt, Eterniti is showing a concept form of its first model – the Hemera – a ‘super-SUV’ making 620-hp. The model is scheduled to enter production in early 2012.
In the coming months Eterniti plans on opening an Asia-Pacific hub in Hong Kong along with showrooms in Tokyo and Taipei by the end of this year. Product wise, Eterniti is planning a second Hemera derivative for 2012. It is also working on another SUV and a high-performance car, which could form the basis of a racing program.
