Video: This is how a Volvo V8 engine sounds in a Noble M600
The Noble M600 is a very limited edition supercar. How limited? Made from stainless steel and carbon fiber, Noble only builds one M600 a year – so seeing one traveling down the street is a privilege in itself.
YouTube director Marchettino, recently ran into one driving around in Monaco. You can check out the video for yourself after the jump. All we have to say is – we would never have expected such a great sound from a V8 Volvo engine.

Refresher: Power for the Noble M600 comes from a mid-mounted 4.4L twin-turbo V8 making an available 650-hp at 6,800 rpm and 604 lb-ft of torque at 3,800 rpm. The Noble M600 features three APC (Adaptable Performance Control) settings including Road, Track and Race. In the Road setting, the Noble M600 makes 450-hp; in Track mode it makes 550-hp; and in Race mode, the Noble M600 makes a total of 650-hp. Mated to a Graziano 6-speed manual transmission, the 2012 Noble M600 goes from 0 to 60 mph in 3 seconds, 0-120 mph in 8.9 seconds with a top speed of 225 mph (estimated).
