Refresher: The 2012 BMW 1-Series will go on sale in Europe later this year and will be available in five variants. Engine choices will range from two gasoline engines with output ranging from 170-hp and 136-hp and two diesel engines with output ranging from 116-hp to 143-hp. Prices will be announced closer to launch date.
