Lamborghini sues Las Vegas business for copying its logo
Lamborghini is suing a restaurant and car showroom on the Las Vegas Strip for trademark infringement. Attorneys for the supercar maker say that the logos at the entrance of the businesses inside the Palazzo Las Vegas Resort are imitations of Lamborghini’s logos.
The manage of the businesses said Thursday that he was unaware of the lawsuit and thought it sounded frivolous.
Lambo’s lawyers say that the Dal Toro Exotic Car Showroom, Dal Toro Merchandise Gallery and Dal Toro Il Ristorante Italiano are part of a scheme that mislead customers and ride on Lamborghini’s reputation.
