Well, you can always go for the Volkswagen Golf R – but… you can also wait for the upcoming Volkswagen Beetle R. Sources who confirmed the model say that the Volkswagen Beetle R will be powered by the Golf R’s 2.0L that is cranked up to 270-hp – however, in the Beetle R, that engine may be tuned down to 240-hp or so.
Reports suggest that the Volkswagen Beetle R will debut at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show.
